About Me
MTHREEX
Mthreex is a growing fitness influencer and entrepreneur.
How It Started
Growing up I was always athletic, as I played soccer for most of my youth. Near the end of high school was when I initially started to get into fitness. I was intrigued by the possibility of being able to improve my overall physique. However, once I started post-secondary school my motivation to workout slowly disappeared. About three years later I witnessed one of my friends go through an insane transformation that I found a new desire to have a great physique. From then until now I have been consistently working on improving my body! As a result, I found a love for fitness that fuels my desire for building functional strength and endurance. Now, maintaining a healthy lifestyle has become essential to my way of life and now I want to help other people find that same love for fitness and build the physique they have always dreamed of!

Being fit and healthy requires lifestyle changes that are challenging and rewarding. When thinking about choosing a healthy lifestyle, longevity should be the main focus. The goal is to able to constantly improve your body through functional strength and endurance training.


My goal is to create fitness packages that can be executed wherever, whether that’s the gym, your home, or your nearest park.
Alongside my workouts being easily accessible, it is important to me that my clients are able to exercise on their own time!
